Fine dining is inescapable in this Parisian five-star hotel. At the heart of the Hôtel de Crillon is Las Ambassadeurs Restaurant, formal and elegant, with seasonally available classical French cuisine and a harmonious wine selection. Las Ambassadeurs provides breakfast, lunch and dinner between the hours of 7am and 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2pm and 7.30pm and 10pm. The restaurant is closed Mondays and is open Sundays for “Brunch du Monde” between 12pm and 3pm.
L’Obélisque is a more relaxed bistro environment with an innovative French menu. L’Obélisque is open daily for lunch between 12pm and 2pm, and evening dining between 7.30pm and 10pm.
Le Jardin d’Hiver is an intimate place in which to enjoy light meals and snacks, afternoon tea, or a pre-dinner drink. The Winter Garden has a beautiful décor created by the interior designer Sybille de Margerie. Le Jardin is open daily between 8am and 10pm.
The hotel’s Central Courtyard is a great location for summer dining, providing refreshments and light bites between May and September. Of course there is also a typical Parisian cocktail bar with a lounge atmosphere, perfect for late night drinks.
